Lake Limestone Fishing Report-April 2009 

Lake Limestone is still a little low but has been on a slow rise.  Docks and shallow stumps have been producing a good quality bite.  Look in the creeks that have a little clear water in them. All of the wind and rain has slowed the bite in a lot of areas.  Senkos and dead sticking flukes will  work well pitching it on PG144-70 and 15lb fluorocarbon.  When the wind blows, as it so often has been, throw spinnerbaits  and Texas rigged lizards on 1/4 oz. weight.
