Lake Waco Fishing Report-December 2008 |
|
Lake Waco The lake is dropping which is helping to locate and position the fish so that they are easier to catch. Start by running white spinnerbaits on a PG144-7'0" on the points and banks that have steeper drops. That is where the brush still has good water depth. Also start looking at the points that have a gravel bottom in 5 to 10 feet, the fish usually feed on the shad early. Try covering them quickly with PG104-7'6" tied to a carolina rigged fluke and a lizard in green pumpkin and pumpkinseed.
Good Luck, Lowell Bennett
