Lake Waco Fishing Report-February 2009 |
|
Lake Waco Water temp. mid to low 50’s The lake is 3 feet low and fishing has been very up and down due to fronts but when you can get out there on the warming trends you can really catch them good flipping with PG105 and a black and blue Oldham jig tied to 30# mono. Due to some of the heavy brush, the big fish are showing up early in pre-spawn places like Hogg Creek and Reynolds Creek. Start on all the small secondary points with heavy brush. Good Luck, Lowell Bennett
