Lake Waco Fishing Report-June 2009 The lake is almost full and clear. Since there is so much cover for the fish to hide in you have to really cover a lot of water, but you have to fish slow and tight. I am fishing in the brush. The fish I am looking for are on the outside edges. I am having good luck flipping soft plastics like powerworms and tubes on a PG105 7’6” with 25# fluorocarbon.
