Lake Waco Fishing Report-October 2009 |
|
Lake Waco is just above full which has put alot of fishable cover back in the water. The fish have scattered out in the creek and rivers and they are biting alot of different baits from top waters to flipping and crankbaits. When out there, cover alot of water on the flats and shallow edges. The PG143-6'10" for the top waters is the rod of choice and when cranking, I recommend the PGC-7'0". This is the most unique cranking rod that I ahave seen and has become a Power Tackle signature rod. Thanks and good Fishing, til next month, Lowell Bennett
