Power Tackle Paragon series and No Ratz series rods are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original owner. Sales receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Ship the damaged rod in a disposable container, pre-paid and insured, along with a check or money order for $35.00 to cover return shipping and handling charges and a brief note explaining the defect or what may have caused the defect . To the following address:

Should damages occur due to defect, Power Tackle will at our discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge. Damages occurring due to neglect, accidental or normal wear and tear will, at our discretion, be repaired for a specific fee. You will receive a full estimate before any repair work is initiated.

In the event the model you returned is no longer offered, you will be contacted to determine the replacement model of your preference. Replacement rods must be of equal or lesser value or the difference will be charged for upgraded models.

In no event shall Power Tackle, Inc be held liable for incidental or consequential damages due to breach of this warranty or other warranties applied by law.
