In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to
typographical error or error in pricing information received from our
suppliers, POWERTACKLE.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. POWERTACKLE.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not
the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit
card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled,

Calculating Ship Times The time it will take for you to receive
your order depends on the "Product Availability" time listed for
the product ordered plus the Shipping Time for the delivery method you
select.
Total Ship Time = Product Availability Time + Delivery Method Ship
Time.
For example, if the Product Availability Time is 3-5 days and the Delivery
Method Ship Time is 1-2 Business Days, you will receive your order in 4-7
business days.
Choosing next day or second day air does not mean your order will be
delivered in 1 or 2 days from the time you place your order online.
You will receive your order 1-2 days after the "Product
Availability" time listed for the product you selected. The
"Product Availability" time is the amount of time required to
process your order through our warehouse and acquire the product
requested.
If you choose items with different "Product Availability"
times -- for example, an in-stock delivery item along with a
"Backorder" or "Preorder" item, each item will ship as
it becomes available. There will be no extra charge for the shipment of

orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas. Each customer shall
be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders

You may cancel your order any time prior to shipping for a full refund. To cancel your order simply reply to the e-mail order confirmation that we sent you, or e-mail us at

Shipping is considered to have taken place when we send you an e-mail stating that the product has been shipped. Products may be returned to POWERTACKLE.com for replacement or refund in the following manner: Returns to POWERTACKLE.com must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Before returning any item, you must contact us for a Return Authorization. No returns, of any type, will be accepted without return authorization. The return authorization is good for only one (1) item and must match the product authorized for return. Return authorizations are valid for 10 business days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the return authorization. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. Special order items may only be returned for replacement and not for any refund. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account. In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. The original packing slip must be included and the return authorization visible on the package. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. There will be a $35.00 re-boxing fee for products not returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. If part of a product becomes defective, the full product must be returned for credit or replacement.
